The nose is fruity, gourmand, generous and fine. It reveals notes of blackberry jam, cassis and a fine touch of plum associated with a touch of rose, strawberry and mocha. The palate is fruity, gourmand, well defined and offers a slight tension as well as a nice silky and slightly unctuous matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, plum and crème de cassis associated with fine notes of fresh red fruit, chocolate, toasted oak and very discreet notes of mocha on the finish. Tannins are fine and well built. Good length and aromatic persistence.
