The nose is fresh, aromatic and offers a fine complexity as well as a very fine richness/concentration. It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry, cornflower/lilac associated with small notes of vanilla, liquorice stick as well as small touches of crushed wild strawberry and subtle hints of sweet spices/mild tobacco. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers dynamism as well as a good freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackerry, fresh/juicy red berries and more slightly juicy cassis associated with small/fine touches of red cherry, mild tobacco, cassis bud as well as subtle touches of vanilla and imperceptible hints of spices (in the background). Tannins are slightly firm. Good length.
