Château Jean Faux 2021 – Bordeaux Supérieur

The nose is fruity, fresh, racy and reveals a rather fine grain. We find notes of ripe raspberry, red berries and more slightly violet combined with fine touches of pepper and a discreet floral touch. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, good freshness, good definition, a certain gourmandize as well as an acidic frame. On the palate this wine expresses juicy/pulpy blackberry, raspberry and more lightly fleshy/juicy cherry notes combined with fine hints of liquorice, toastiness and fine chocolate hints. The tannins are precise and mellow. Good length. A very discreet hint of vanilla (in the background).
