The nose is fruity, crystalline, chiseled and offers a nice infusion/concentration side. We find notes of black blackberry, juicy/concentrated blackcurrant and small notes of violet, morello cherry associated with touches of graphene, smoke and infusion, even a discreet hint of black tea. The palate is nicely structured, fruity, beautifully pure with concentration, precision and a splendid definition of the fruit. We have notes of juicy and pulpy Bigarreau cherries, small blue fruits and small notes of small bright red fruits associated with touches of blackcurrant as well as hints of toasted, nutmeg, tonka bean, cardamom as well as with fine hints of toast, a delicate hint of Bourbon vanilla. A monster of purity chiseled and juicy. There is a lovely sparkle and shine to the fruit. Tannins are mellow, sapid, gourmand and elegant. There is a nice, stretched side and a very nice length on the palate with a fine warm hint of toasted hazelnuts. Very nice freshness and juiciness.
