The nose is fruity and offers a small concentration as well as a fine intensity. It reveals notes of cassis, griotte, small notes of small crushed blue fruits associated with touches of cornflower, violet, liquorice, a subtle hint of pepper and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, a good definition, juiciness as well as a fine suavity, a fine minerality and a small concentration. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, juicy blueberry, small notes of crushed raspberry associated with touches of cornflower, violet as well as fine hints of small blue berries, liquorice stick and a discreet hint of black tea/spices. Tannins are well-built.
