Beautiful floral nose, elegant and that offers delicacy in its power as well as a fine spicy hint. It reveals notes of boysenberry, fleshy/juicy blackcurrant and small notes of quite ripe strawberry associated with fine hints of cornflower, almost roasted fruit as well as discreet hints of star anise, cherry blossom and subtle hint of toasted almond. The palate is nicely fresh, juicy, suave, supple and offers precision, a nice fresh/acidulous structure, a nice suavity, a beautiful definition, roundness as well as a certain straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, juicy/pulp blackcurrant and small notes of pulpy raspberry associated with touches of fresh/acidulous plum, fine hints of chocolate, cherry blossoms as well as a very discreet hint of flowers and blond tobacco (in the background). Tannins are racy. Good length and persistence. Creamy and gourmande finish.
