The nose offers a fine grain, a small power as well as dynamism but in elegance. It reveals notes of wild small blue fruits, blackberry and small notes of cornflower associated with touches of wild strawberry as well as hints of grey pepper, nutmeg and a subtle hint of Bourbon vanilla, Sichuan pepper and an imperceptible hint of roasted hazelnut. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral and offers a good definition, dynamism, a very slight acidulous frame as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy raspberry and small notes of fleshy/fresh small blue fruits associated with small touches of vanilla, violet/cornflower as well as hints of caramelization, toasted almond and a very discreet hint of nutmeg.
