The nose is elegant, racy and offers a small power. It reveals notes of quite ripe small fruit, dry raspberry, small notes of dry violet associated with touches of bergamot, dry plum as well as hints of underwood, black trufle and very discreet hints of fresh nutmeg. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, gourmandize, fat, fullness, a good definition and a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ripe blackberry, quite ripe cassis, small notes of small quite ripe red berries associated with touches of dry violet, black trufle, underwood as well as hints of fresh nutmeg, coffee, toasted and a subtle hint of pray. Good length. Tannins are well-built. A very fine hint of dark chocolate/moka and black tea on the persistence.
