The nose offers notes of fresh/cold tobacco, spices and more slightly ripe wild berries combined with fine varietal and discrete pepper notes. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, a little linear and pulpy fruit. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, pulpy/juicy raspberry and, more slightly, violet, combined with hints of fresh lily, iris and fine points of racy minerality (terroir), blond tobacco, chocolate, green pepper and a subtle hint of mocha in the background. The tannins are finely sticky.
