A beautiful and fruity wine, elegant and gourmand. The nose reveals notes of ripe black fruits (cassis, blackberry, black cherry) and spice (coffee, vanilla, cardamom). The palate is harmonious, elegant, powerful and offers a beautiful texture. On the palate this wine shows notes of cassis, black cherry, plum, cherry and raspberry combined with a few spicy notes (especially pepper) and a small chocolate note. There is also a small acidity throughout the tasting. Also presence of a small saline notes in the mouth. The tannins are well built, integrated but a bit dry. They are supporting the fruit without dominating. Good length. A wine that still has a good aging potential.
