Château Haut-Sorillon 2023 – Bordeaux

Château Haut-Sorillon 2023 – Bordeaux

The nose is woody and slightly smoky. It expresses notes of toasted wood, coffee, ground cumin, associated with aromas of fruit (crushed strawberry, raspberry, red plum, black plum, red cherry), dried mint and dried wild flowers. The palate is slightly gaseous at this stage, with notes of tangy fruit on the attack (bigarreau cherry, crushed raspberry, cranberries, red plum), combined in the mid-palate with notes of liquorice, dried wild flowers, dried mint, coffee and toasted wood. The finish is salivating and lively. The tannins are grippy, balanced by juiciness and salivating acidity. Good persistence in the mouth.
