Nice fresh nose, on the fruit and which offers gourmandise, a certain slight intensity as well as depth. It reveals notes of fresh wild blackberry, pulpy/fresh raspberry and small notes of pepper associated with touches of small, bright red berries as well as hints of spices, fresh tobacco and a discreet hint of almost hot sap. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, acidity, juiciness, a tangy frame as well as a little incisive side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, juicy/pulpy blackcurrant and small notes of violet associated with touches of small red berries, pepper as well as a fine hint of orange/zest, coffee and with a subtle hint of chocolate (in fact). The tannins are supple. Good job on the good bitters.
