The nose is spicy and intense. The wine benefits from being decanted. There are notes of fresh tobacco, nutmeg and slightly wild blackberry combined with hints of crunchy cherry, fresh violet and a hint of fresh red berries and fine spice. The palate is fresh, mineral, balanced and offers good definition, juiciness, tension and verticality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe black cherry, fresh wild raspberry and more slightly of fresh flowers combined with delicate varietal notes, fresh black berries as well as hints of nutmeg, blond tobacco and a touch of spice. Good length.
