The nose is nicely structured, racy, with notes of violet, crushed strawberry, pepper and slightly sappy notes, combined with touches of lily, nutmeg and fine hints of blond tobacco. The palate is fruity, fresh, with a beautiful minerality, a fresh structure and good definition. It reveals a certain gourmandise, juiciness and suppleness. We find notes of juicy/fresh blackberry, juicy/pulpy blackcurrant and small notes of bright raspberry, associated with an almost hint of blueberry, blond tobacco as well as a touch of lily/fresh flowers, a subtle note of tobacco fresh and a touch of star anise. Good length, with chew. A beautiful freshness, with aromas of fresh/bright blueberry. A lovely intense and fresh nose, with notes of tobacco on the nose. A nice freshness and a certain crunchy side.
