The nose is fresh, concentrated and offers freshness. It reveals notes of fresh wild red berries and flowers (cornflower, lilac) associated with fine touches of crunchy/juicy blackberry as well as fine hints of Cuben pepper and nutmeg/spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize, an acidulous frame, tension, a beautiful material, a very fine creaminess as well as a ripe/juicy/crunchy fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, juicy raspberry and small notes of juicy blackberry associated with fine touches of cornflower, lilac as well as very discreet hints of toasted and a subtle hint of vanilla. Tannins are fine and firm. Good length and persistence (on acidulous fruits and flowers).
