The nose is fresh, concentrated and offers crunchiness. It reveals notes of cassis, fresh blackberry and small notes of flowers associated with fine touche of crunchy wild raspberry, fine hints of racy minerality as well as very fine hints of toasted, a subtle hint of vanilla (in the background) and a very discreet hint of almond. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, racy and offers a good definition, gourmandize, deepness, a certain richness, finesse as well as a mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, fleshy/juicy raspberry and small notes of juicy/fleshy blackberry associated with small touches of flowers (violet, cornflower), a hint of graphiteas well as very fine hints of dark chocolate/cocoa, a subtle hint of toasted and an imperceptible hint of coffee (in the background). Tannins are elegant and racy. Very beautiful persistence.
