The nose is fruity, elegant, racy, relatively complex and finely powerful. It reveals notes of blackberries, ripe cassis, and juicy / ripe red berries combined with a subtle hint of blue fruit, fresh raspberry, chocolate, spices as well as an imperceptible hint of coffee and a very discreet hint of caramelized oak. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral (racy mineral), elegant, racy and offers suavity, gourmandise, a fine fresh frame as well as a beautiful and finely unctuous matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, cassis and fine notes of raspberry, red berries combined with hints of chocolate, caramelization, spices and a very discreet hint of blond tobacco. Tannins are well-built. Good length and nice persistence with a slight toasted hint and hazelnut.
