The nose is fruity and offers a small concentration/power. It reveals notes of crunchy wild blackberry, crunchy cassis and small notes of ripe strawberry associated with fine touches of liquorice, nutmeg, violet and discreet hints of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, freshness, tension, a juicy frame as well as tension and finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/crunchy cassis, blackberry and small notes of cherry associated with small touches of juicy/crunchy raspberry as well as fine hints of liquorice, chocolate and toasted. Good length. A very fine hint of cocoa bitter on the finish/persistance. Tannins are well-built.
