The nose is fruity, fine and finely aromatic. It reveals notes of lemon, a hint of yuzu and discreet hints of fresh pineapple, mandarin associated with a discreet hint of lime zest as well as a very discreet vegetal hint and toasted hint. The palate is fruity, juicy, straight, “clean”, well defined, relatively fleshy and offers finesse, a fine acid / citrus fruit frame and a slight unctuosity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of lemon, yuzu zests and mandarin combined with a discreet hint of fresh pineapple, green apple skin, discreet toasted hints as well as a touch of quince and beeswax. Good length.
