Château Haut-Peyrous 2018 – Graves

The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a small crunchiness. It reveals notes of fresh/crunchy apple, fresh lemon and small notes of fresh exotic fruits associated with fine hints of flowers (white flowers, a very discreet hint of honey suckle) and a very discreet hint of orange zesrs. The palate is fresh, fruity, mineral and offers a good definition, gourmandize, fullness, a good finesse of the grain, suavity as well as a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh apple, fresh/apple pear associated with fine touches of citrus as well as a very fine hint of honey suckle, a very discreet hint of orange zests and very discreet hints of toasted. A very fine tannic sensation on the finish.
