The palate is fresh, fruity, mineral and offers a good definition, gourmandize, fullness, a good finesse of the grain, suavity as well as a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh apple, fresh/apple pear associated with fine touches of citrus as well as a very fine hint of honey suckle, a very discreet hint of orange zests and very discreet hints of toasted. A very fine tannic sensation on the finish.
