The nose is gourmand. It reveals notes of crushed wild strawberry and chocolate associated with discreet hints of crushed cassis as well as a discreet hint of flowers and toasted hint/chocolate. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight juiciness, a slight tension, fat, a slight gourmandise, a good structure as well as a beautiful acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy Gariguette strawberry, blackberry and slight notes of cassis associated with a discreet hint of crushed raspberry, chocolate, toasted as well as slight hints of caramelization and flowers. Tannins are well-built. Good length and gourmandise.
