The nose is fruity, gourmand and intense. It reveals notes of blackberry jam, cassis and slight notes of plum jam, blueberry associated with slight notes of minty licorice and a hint of flowers. The palate is fruity, elegant, fresh and offers tension, minerality and a nice silky matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, plum jam and slight notes of blueberry associated with touches of licorice, small touches of menthol as well as slight notes of violets. Tannins are fine and well built. Good length and persistence with slight notes of chocolate, toasted oak and a very discreet touch of hazelnut.
