The nose is aromatic and offers a fine richness / concentration. It reveals notes of crushed strawberries, raspberry jam, redcurrant and slight notes of cassis associated with touches of licorice and a subtle hint of spices. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a fine suavity, a fine acid frame, a fine straightness and suppleness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy cassis, juicy strawberry and raspberry combined with fine touches of black cherry, liquorice, a subtle hint of blueberry as well as a very discreet hint of flowers and spices. Tannins are well-built. Good length. There is a hint of cardamon on the aftertaste.
