The nose is a bit reserved at first. Then, it mainly expresses fruity notes: morello cherry, blackcurrant, red cherry, a slight floral hint (lilac, violet), as well as a gourmet touch of chocolate and toast. We also find spicy notes of liquorice, nutmeg and dried mint. The palate offers concentration, fruity notes of morello cherry, blackcurrant, strawberry and red cherry, all in freshness, as well as a good bitterness. The tannins are grippy, a bit grainy, the acidity is fresh and salivating.
