The nose is a bit closed and restrained with notes of smoke and flint, yellow apples, lemons, a touch of acacia and almond. The palate is fresh and juicy, with good fruit concentration and tension, flavours of yellow apples, pears, lemons, grapefruit zest and a bitter almond hint. The finish is refreshing, succulent and pleasantly bitter.
