The nose is textured, aromatic and offers delicious fruit and a certain depth. The first nose expresses woody and sappy notes (toasted wood, fresh pine needles, fresh and toasted hazelnut), which are associated in the second nose with notes of juicy fruits (morello cherry, wild strawberry, blackcurrant, raspberry coulis, crushed red cherry), a mineral hint (dry stone, limestone) and an integrated spicy side (clove, liquorice, a very light note of vanilla in the background), and a floral touch of lilac and violet. The palate is juicy, airy, on fruit and lightness. It expresses notes of fresh strawberry, fresh cranberries, red cherry, morello cherry and raspberry coulis, associated with woody notes (toasted wood, toasted hazelnut), spicy (licorice, a touch of white pepper, clove), herbaceous (dried mint, pine needles). The finish is greedy, juicy, with a balance between fruit and wood, slightly bitter, with a salivating acidity. Good and pleasant persistence in the mouth on notes of ground coffee and dark chocolate. The tannins are grippy, a little grainy, but balanced by a good level of acidity.
