The palate is fruity, precise and offers a silky touch, a fine acidulous frame, a racy minerality as well as a fine straightness, fleshiness, a small concentration and gourmandize/generosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy raspberry, crushed cassis, small notes of fleshy strawberry associated with small touches of violet, juicy violet plum, zan, chocolate, a subtle hint of caramelization and a hint of hazelnut (in the background). Tannins are precise, structuring and very finely marked.
