Château Haut-Fontenelle 2021 – Bordeaux

Château Haut-Fontenelle 2021 – Bordeaux

The nose is fruity, fresh, tight and well defined. There are notes of mesocarp, fresh kumquat and, to a lesser extent, fresh nectarine, combined with fine hints of fresh yellow fruit and spices. The palate is fruity and reveals freshness, roundness, gourmandize, a nice volume, a fine acidic backbone and tension. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy peach, apple and, more lightly, fleshy nectarine, combined with hints of kumquat and fine grapefruit and a subtle hint of zest (in the background).
