The nose is finely spicy and offers a finely velvety grain. It reveals notes of violet, nutmeg and small notes of spices, associated with touches of clove, as well as fine blackberry hints, a hint of red pepper and discreet floral touches, almost sappy/safran in its floral side. The palate is mineral, fresh, it offers good definition, precision, suppleness and a mineral frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, juicy/pulpy cherry and small notes of small brilliant red fruits, combined with a subtle hint of roast, roasting, as well as fine hints of toasted and clove. A finely strict finish.
