The nose is elegant, mineral and racy. It reveals notes of ripe/pulpy apple, fleshy white peach and small notes of notes of ripe/fresh citrus fruit, associated with fine touches of zest and hints of fresh white pepper as well as fine, sappy hints and discreet hint, almost of fresh apricot. The palate is well-built, supple, fresh, elegant, airy, balanced, with a juicy/tangy frame, gourmandise and suppleness. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy peach, quenette and small notes of notes of kumquat associated with a touch of carambo, ripe yuzu/ripe citrus as well as a hint of acacia, a subtle hint of almost lime blossom and a discreet, almost aromatic hint of tannin. It also expresses a subtle buttery, even creamy touch and a discreet hint of vanilla. Well-built and gourmand with a hint of iodine/saline in the background. A nicely fresh and deep wine, nicely textured, with a very nice mellow grain, racy, elegant and a discreet varietal hint in the background.
