The nose is aromatic, with a certain concentration in balance, a powerful grain, elegant, « frank » and racy, with depth, elegant darkness and perfectly balanced density. It reveals notes of boysenberry, small, fairly ripe red berries that are quite brilliant and small notes of small notes of small roasted fruits, associated with fine hints of plum, chocolate, violet, a subtle hint of lily, cubeb pepper, iodine and a very discreet, almost needle-like hint of warm pine. The palate is well-built, supple, delicate, airy, gourmand deep, with delicacy, precision, airy creaminess, richness, texture without heaviness, all in balance. It expresses notes of creamy blackberry, strawberry and small notes of small notes of small red fruits bright/finely tangy, associated with touches of chocolate, roasted almond as well as a hint of crushed blue plum and vanilla. Good length. The tannins are mellow, gourmand creamy, even finely chalky. An elegant, gourmand wine with roundness. Very fine tannic quality, with a fine iodine finish. Very good persistence.
