The nose is aromatic, elegant and offers intensity, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a certain delicacy, a small complexity as well as freshness and a fine flowery side. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, cornflower, peonyand small notes of fleshy raspberry associated with touches of cassis, violet plum, a racy minerality, cuben pepper as well as hints of sweet spices, fresh nutmeg, cinnamon and a discreet hint of fresh vanilla pod. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a beautiful definition, tension (full of finesse) as well as elegance, an acidulous frame and suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, wild blackberryand small notes of cornflower associated with touches of peony, small bright red berries, racy graves/racy minerality as well as hints of tonka bean, cinnamon, fresh clove and a discreet hint of vanilla. Tannins are precise and finely chewy. A very fine chew on the finish/persistence.
