The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and offers a slight intensity as well as concentration. It reveals notes of ripe black berries, black cherries, blackberries and slight notes of ripe red fruits combined with touches of spices, hints of wood, mocha as well as a touch of gray pepper, nutmeg and imperceptible hint of cinnamon. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, harmonious and offers a slight mineral frame, a small fat, precision and gourmandise. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy blackberry, juicy cassis and slight notes of red berries associated with slight touches of cherry, spices and a subtle touch of zan, blond tobacco, caramelized oak and subtle touches of cardamom / vanilla. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
