The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a fine concentration as well as a fine minerality. It reveals notes of cassis and crunchy berries associated with touches of blackberry, strawberry, slight touches of cassis bud as well as a hint of Sichuan pepper and an imperceptible hint of Zan. The palate is fruity, balanced, juicy, well-built and offers straightness, acidity as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of raspberry, blackberry and small notes of berries / red currants associated with small touches of bulb / flowers as well as discreet hints of spices and an imperceptible hint of Sichuan pepper. Good length. There is a very discreet hint of crushed hazelnut on the finish / persistence.
