Château Haut Beyzac 2023 – Haut-Médoc Cru Bourgeois

The nose offers a beautiful density, a refined, fruitiness and gourmandise. It expresses the aromas of fresh morello cherry, chocolate morello cherry, blackcurrant, red cherry, dried cranberries, strawberry, roasted red cherry. The second nose expresses notes of menthol, dried mint, liquorice and crushed blackcurrant. The palate offers juiciness of fruits (blackcurrant, morello cherry, red cherry, cranberries), a hint of chocolate with mint, a touch of rose and peony, as well as a good bitterness of cocoa, a touch of dried mint and dried rose. Nice acidity, structure and balance. The tannins are firm and tight, but balanced by juiciness and acidity.
