The nose is ripe and warm. It offers notes of morello cherry, blackcurrant, blueberry jam, roasted red cherry, black plum as well as aromas of fresh mint, licorice, vanilla pod, cinnamon, cornflower and nutmeg in the background. In the mouth, the finish is tight and structured, slightly drying. It offers flavors of chocolate water morello cherry, black plum, fresh blackcurrant, tart red cherry and wild strawberry, combined with notes of dried mint, licorice, white pepper and dried cornflower. Good length and a nice refreshing acidity. The tannins are a bit grainy, but balanced by the fruity substance and the salivating acidity.
