Château Haut Beyzac 2022 – Haut-Médoc

Château Haut Beyzac 2022 – Haut-Médoc

The nose offers fruit as well as a little roasted/overripe fruit side. We find notes of Bigarreau cherry, crushed cassis and small notes of crushed strawberry, associated with hints of roasted fruit as well as a subtle hint of almost peppery. The palate is fruity, pulpy, with a fine tangy frame as well as a little gourmand darkness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy black cherry, pulpy/juicy blackberry and more lightly small elegant-roasted red berries, associated with touches of star anise, crushed cassis, as well as a hint of licorice stick, a subtle almost balsamic hint and a discreet hint of chocolate (in the background). Tannins are racy.
