The nose is elegant, fruity and offers a fine richness and precision. It reveals notes of quince, vine peach in syrup, crystallized orange associated with small fine touches of mandarine jam, fleshy/juicy Mirabelle, fine hints of white flowers, gingerbread and honey. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers gourmandize, a syrupy/beautifully juicy/fresh frame, an acidulous frame, dynamism (thanks to acidity and freshness) as well as a fine and very discreetly tight grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, candied Mirabelle, orange jam, small notes of juicy/acidulous lemon associated with small touches of juicy/crushed vine peach as well as fine hints of lemon flowers, kumquat, honey as well as discreet hints of gingerbread. Good length. A beautiful acidulous and candied persistence.
