The nose is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers elegance as well as a small richness. It reveals notes of cristallized lemon, candied peach, ripe/sugared pink grapefruit and small notes of sugared mandarine associated with fine touches of exotic fruits (litchee…)/nuts, pineapple in syrup, fine hints of honey as well as discreet hints of flowers and a very discreet hint of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful fresh frame, juiciness, richness, fullness, unctuosity, tension, precision,a beautiful fat, gourmandize, a beautiful material, richness as well as a small fleshiness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, cristallized mandarine and small notes of juicy/candied vine peach associated with touches of candied pear, sugared pink grapefruit, litchee as well as fine hints of exotic fruits (pineappel in syrup, quenette…), honey, massepain and an imperceptible hint of caramelization (in the background). Good length and good persistence.
