The nose is elegant and offers a fine intensity, a fine freshness, a small richness as well as a very fine concentration. It reveals notes of candied pear, quince and small notes of candied vine peach associated with fine touches of kumquat/mandarine as well as very discreet hints of zests and citrus flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, a mineral/fresh frame, a beautiful material, a beautiful fullness as well as a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes quince, vine peach in syrup and small notes of pear in syrup associated with fine touches of candied lemon, exotic fruits as well as very discreet hints of almond flowers and an imperceptible hint of fresh hazelnut (in the background). Good length and good persistence. A gourmand, tight and elegant wine.
