It reveals notes of lemon paste and slight notes of candied mandarin, honey associated with slight hints of pears in sirup, yellow stone fruits, spices as well as an imperceptible hint of pineapple in sirup/botrytis. The palate is fruity, juicy and offers a beautiful fresh frame, tension, fat, a good balance, a good freshness and minerality. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pear in sirup, lemon paste and slight notes of honey associated with discreet hints of peach in sirup as well as touches of gingerbread. Good length.
