The nose offers freshness, concentration as well as a slight intensity. It reveals notes of exotic fruits (quenette, lychee, pineapple) combined with hints of candied citrus, peach purée, discreet hints of nuts as well as a very subtle hint of ginger, white flowers and gray pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful freshness, minerality, a good definition as well as a slight acidulous frame. On the palate wine expresses notes of mirabelle plum, quince and small notes of exotic fruits (pineapple, quenette) associated with small touches of nuts, honey as well as a discreet hint of gingerbread, lemon candied and an imperceptible hint of honeysuckle. Freshness and a slight richness.
