The nose is fruity with good concentration and fine depth. There are notes of Morello cherry, crushed redcurrant and slightly blackberry combined with hints of violet, cherry blossom, red berries and a hint of liquorice/zan. The palate is fresh, mineral, balanced and offers fruit and a juicy/fresh structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy raspberry, crushed blackcurrant and more slightly crunchy red berries combined with hints of crushed plum as well as hints of violet, vanilla and a subtle touch of zan.
