The nose is fruity and offers a certain concentration. It expresses notes of crushed blackberry, crushed strawberry and more slightly – small fresh black fruits, associated with a touch of cornflower, racy minerality as well as a hint of graphite, bergamot and a very discreet hint of sweet spices. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, juiciness, smoothness, a mineral frame, a slight creaminess in freshness, a fine airy touch. It expresses notes of creamy blackberry, pulpy/fresh blackcurrant and more lightly – crunchy redcurrants, associated with floral touches (lily, peony, etc.) as well as hints of tonka bean, toasted, cardamom, as well as just a hint of nutmeg and bergamot. Good length. The tannins are supple.
