The nose is fruity, powerful and racy. It reveals notes of fresh blackberry and ripe/fresh strawberry associated with slight notes of fresh cassis as well as slight/discreet toasted hints and licorice. The palate is well-balanced and offers a beautiful freshness, supple, a silky matter, a beautiful acid frame, a beautiful gourmandise as well as a very nice fresh fruit. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy strawberry, cherry and slight notes of fleshy small black fruits (blackberry, blueberry) associated with a discreet hint of toasted oak as well as a subtle hint of caramelization and chocolate. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length. There is a very discreet hint of coffee on the persistence. An easy-drinking wine.
