The nose is beautifully aromatic, fruity, airy and offers a certain complexity. It reveals notes of boysenberry, wild strawberry and small notes of dense raspberry, associated with touches of infusion, violet, a hint of lily, as well as discreet hints of black pepper and racy minerality. The palate is mineral, fresh, juicy and supple. It presents a certain brilliance, good definition, an easy access/gourmand side and a tangy frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of black cherry, juicy/pulpy violet plum and small notes of juicy redcurrant, associated with a touch of violet, cornflower, as well as hints of tobacco, star anise and a fine hint of toasted hazelnut. Good length. An easy-access, gourmand wine.
