The nose is spicy, frank and offers a certain intensity in its grain. It reveals notes of boysenberry, cassis and small notes of fresh black pepper associated with touches of camphor as well as fine hints of cornflowers, crushed red berries as well as a hint of roasted berries with Mediterranean accents. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, juiciness, minerality, a small acidulous frame, a certain unctuosity, accuracy as well as a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh blackberry, ripe/juicy cassis and small notes of cornflowers associated with touches of dense red berries as well as hints of star anise, vanilla and chocolate.
