The nose is fruity. There are notes of blackcurrant, racy minerality and more slightly pulpy berry fruit combined with hints of raspberry as well as hints of fresh/crunchy berries and a touch of spice. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, a certain gourmandise and pulpiness of the fruit. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, crunchy blackcurrant and, more slightly, red berries combined with touches of meadow flowers, hints of tonka bean and a subtle hint of nutmeg, racy minerality and spice/dark chocolate. An imperceptible hint of fresh blond tobacco in the background.
