The nose is fruity and offers concentration. It reveals notes of crushed raspberry, crushed strawberry and slight notes of cherry, cassis associated with a hint of vanilla and very discreet hints of liquorice. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a slight gourmandise and a good freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, crushed raspberry, crushed redcurrant and small notes of colas associated with touches of vanilla, caramelized oak and a very discreet hint of dark chocolate on the finish. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
